Theresa Coleman is a fourth-generation Montanan, originally from Bozeman. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising and Design from Colorado State University and spending several years in the San Francisco Bay Area, she returned to Montana to make her home in Livingston.
With deep roots in the region, Theresa has witnessed the evolving landscape of Montana over the past three decades. This long-term perspective informs her focus on preserving open space and promoting responsible growth, while representing high-quality properties through ERA Landmark.
Theresa brings over 30 years of experience in sales, marketing, and management. Together with her husband, Tom, an environmental engineer and owner of Restoration Engineering, she offers clients the added value of aquatic resource assessments for land acquisitions.
Her background in design enhances her ability to assist clients with remodeling and interior planning, providing creative and cost-effective solutions tailored to individual needs. She also has hands-on experience in property management and has owned commercial real estate in Livingston’s historic downtown.
Theresa’s diverse expertise across real estate, design, and land stewardship allows her to deliver informed guidance and strategic support to buyers and sellers throughout the region.
