Rugged and handsome grassland grazing property located approximately 40 miles east of thriving Lewistown, Montana. This long-held 320 acres of grazing land is located south of Skibby Road and Wild Horse Lake, and east of Blakeslee Road near the historic Teigen sheep ranch. The land is mostly gently rolling topography except for a shallow valley in the northern half of the parcel through which a seasonal creek flows only during spring run-off or after hard thundershowers. Many native plants are found on this property, including blue bunch wheatgrass, buffalo grass, and blue grama grass. Dwarf box elder trees are found on the lower section of the land. At this time there is no access via the neighboring private land or the public land administered by the Bureau of Land Management. Therefore, permission is required to tour the property.
