Amazing sunrises and equally amazing sunset alpine glow from this elevated 20 acres overlooking Flathead Lake and Big Arm Bay, Wild Horse Island and the Mission and Swan mountain ranges. About one third has mature trees making it possible to build without seeing any neighbors, or build on a nearly level roughly quarter acre site in the open that offers north, east and some southern exposure. The land borders the 355 acre Big Arm State Park making it possible to walk off the property onto the state land all the way to the beach at the state park without crossing over the highway.
