ERA Landmark Real Estate is proud to announce that Broker Tom Gierhan, from our Livingston office, has earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation from the National Association of REALTORS®.

The ABR® designation is for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer clients at every stage of the home-buying process. Tom has gained valuable real estate education that elevates skills and knowledge in the home-buying process. The ABR® network provides ongoing specialized information, programs, and updates that keep him keen on the issues and trends facing home buyers to better serve him clients.

Tom grew up in a small farming community in southeastern Colorado before moving on to college in the mountains at Western State College in Gunnison, Colorado. He graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Computer Science minor. Tom has extensive knowledge of this area, and his clients find his accounting background beneficial as their Realtor®. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, cross-country skiing, golfing, camping, attending summer plays, and high school and college sports. ERA Landmark is proud to have him on our team!
