One has to get into the unit and see how nice it is, great touches, main floor unit that faces River Rock pond (great place to take your break and stretch out a line:)...3 office areas are built in, well finished complete with a small kitchen area. This is a main floor unit, easy to get in and out of.Most of the furniture will convey as it fits the unit so well. Seller is working on a list of what won't convey. I'll add to associated docs once I receive it. Move quickly, this one won't last long!
